From your spec sheet.

Send the tech pack — measurements, materials, hardware, stitch types, labels. We quote, sample and produce exactly to it. If something on the spec won't ship well, we tell you before we cut.

02 / ReferenceMood-led

From a Pinterest board.

Drop in screenshots, fabric swatches, mood images. Our pattern team builds the tech pack with you, sources the fabric, and samples until it looks like the inspiration — but fits like a Viepex piece.

Four stages, refined over a decade. Typical lead time on apparel from approved sample to ex-factory: 30 to 45 days.

Tech pack, Pinterest board, or a physical sample in the mail. Our pattern team builds the BOM with you, sources fabric, and confirms everything in writing before we cut.

A pre-production sample is hand-stitched at our workshop and shipped to you. We iterate on fit, finish, print and labels until it's signed off.

Approved sample enters bulk production. In-line QC at every station — cut, stitch, finish, press. Photos and video sent weekly.

Apparel is harder than gear. Fit varies by breed, fabrics behave differently in production, prints have to register across curved seams. Ten years of stitching has taught us where every one of those things can go wrong.

Fit, learned on children.

The workshop spent its first decade stitching children's clothes — small frames, tight curves, no margin for error. That training is why our apparel fits a frenchie and a whippet differently, and correctly.

Ready to white-label.

Skip the design phase. Pick from our in-house collections, drop in your labels, ship in weeks. We refresh the catalog twice a year so there's always something seasonal to lead with.

Print, embroidery, both.

Digital print for unlimited colors. Embroidery for premium finishes. Combined for the pieces that win at retail. We test print runs before we cut bulk.

Honest about what works.

Some prints don't survive 50 washes. Some silhouettes don't suit some breeds. We'll tell you — and propose the fix — before a bulk meter is cut. It's saved more than one client from a bad first run.

Q · 01 Can you replicate a piece I mail you?
Yes. Most of our custom apparel work starts from a physical reference — a competitor's piece, a vintage find, a hand-sewn prototype. We reverse-engineer the pattern, match materials, and produce at scale with whatever upgrades you want.
Q · 02 What's the MOQ on apparel?
50 pieces per design on ready-to-ship items. Fully custom runs are quoted case by case — we've taken orders as small as 100 units across a 4-piece capsule.
Q · 03 Which sizes do you grade to?
XS through 4XL by default, fitting Chihuahua to Mastiff. We'll grade to your retail size chart instead if you provide one.
Q · 04 Can you print our brand graphics?
Yes — digital print for unlimited colors, embroidery for premium finishes, sublimation for all-over prints on polyester bases. We sample your artwork before bulk.
Q · 05 Do you handle the labels and hangtags?
Yes. Woven labels, care labels, hangtags, branded poly bags, barcoding — all to your spec. No Viepex branding leaves the workshop unless you ask for it.
Q · 06 What's the lead time on a first apparel order?
Sampling: 7–14 days. Bulk production once the sample is approved: 20–35 days. Shipping varies. Most first orders ship within 45–60 days of inquiry.
